Originally known as ‘Cunning linguist’ this boat has been a good performer for many years. We have been in possession of it for about a year, but my son has backed out of sailing to focus on other sports.

Located at Drummoyne Sailing Club, Sydney, keen to see it continue to be used!

No major works undertaken in the year we have had it, just some tidying of the systems and rigging. Carbon mast. Centreboard and rudder resprayed 2022.

We are advertising this as a complete package including the extra mast and trailer, but I am happy to discuss a lower price for the boat without the trailer, extra mast and/or new spinnaker as I could easily sell these separately. 

This should be a very reasonable price for this boat especially considering it includes a brand new carbon mast, but I am negatable as this Cherub needs a new home.

Great entry boat with everything needed to get started. I brought the boat from Victoria to Adelaide but it has only been sailed a few times and kids are now into other sports.

Sails: two mains in ok condition

Two spinnakers (ok)

Three jibs, two are quite good.

Mast is aluminium with carbon tip. Aluminium boom. There is a repaired carbon mast that has not been rigged. Fixed rudder and rudder box plus rudder & centreboard. Misc accessories. Would be great to get this boat on the water for the nationals at Largs.

Note: I am also selling a laser with a double trailer which we used to transport the Cherub if that's of interest.
